What we keep

• Your conversations with Sam, our AI assistant.
• The requests you send us: a free sample, a quote, a call.
• What you give us to do that: the business name, the town, the trade, your current website, and the phone number or email where we can reach you.

Why we keep it

So a person on our team can follow up: build your sample, send your quote, call you back, or answer a question Sam could not.

Where it lives

On our own systems. We never sell it. We never share it. We never use it to train anything, ours or anyone else's.

Please do not type card numbers or passwords into the chat or the forms. We never ask for them there.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to delete it.

AI is always named as AI

Sam is an AI assistant and says so. So does every AI we put to work in a business, every time, as California law requires. A person on our team reads every conversation.

How to have your data deleted

Tell Sam, or ask for a call back on the contact page. Give us the business name or the number you used, and we delete what we have.
